Wow, I thought you'd know about this game papillon! There's also the Atelier RPG's (PS2) and Mana Khemia line which has the alchemy/RPG thing going. There's another Atelier DS game but so far, no news about it coming here.

By that, do you mean Atelier Lise? According to an article on Siliconera, that game initially shipped with game-breaking bugs. Since it released in 2007 in Japan and nowhere else, be glad that there's an FAQ for Lise in English.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to Atelier Annie. It sounds like a neat combination of cuteness and unique gameplay. Not sure if I'd buy the miniature figures though...
