why can't it just work

If you ever, like me, find yourself in a position where you really want to be able to find and replace text in a foreign language in a large number of files, you will get very frustrated trying to search for a windows grep tool that can handle foreign text. I therefore link you to http://www.funduc.com/search_replace.htm which at least SEEMS to work so far, unlike most attempts which give up immediately.
